PR Policies

Hillcrest's public relations department is available to schedule interviews and arrange media visits to any Hillcrest hospital or facility. During normal operating hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, call 918-605-3573 for assistance. For interview requests after hours and on weekends or holidays, call 918-605-3573.

The following public relations policies apply to all Hillcrest facilities:

  • Contact Hillcrest public relations to arrange all interviews with Hillcrest patients, staff and physicians. See Media Contact for appropriate contact information.
  • To protect the privacy of all Hillcrest patients and families, a public relations staff member must accompany all reporters, film crews and photographers on campus.
  • In order to take photographs of or speak with a patient for the purpose of sharing via media, a media authorization form must be signed by the patient. The Hillcrest media authorization form can only be obtained via a public relations staff member.
