Today we know more than ever that our physical and mental well-being is often closely connected to our lifestyle and exercise choices. That’s why the dedicated team of certified health professionals with Hillcrest Exercise & Lifestyle Programs (HELP) offers a complete range of wellness, aerobic and strength training, as well as medically-based programs for special populations.

The fully-equipped Fitness Center occupies the second floor of the Bell Heart & Lung building at 1265 South Utica, on the campus of Hillcrest Medical Center. The Fitness Center offers memberships to the public and medically-based programs for:

Tulsa Million Miles - Help Tulsa meet its goal to log a million miles while you’re getting healthy and fit in the process. The program is part of the Mayor’s Fitness Challenge to make health and exercise a top priority for residents.
