  • Routine Town Hall Meetings with the CEO, whereby all staff are encourage to ask questions
  • Quarterly Nurse Advisory Council (Administrators, Nurses, and Nurse Aides formulated to discuss issues)
  • Daily Executive Rounding (Administrators at HMC round the nursing units to obtain feedback from patients and staff )
  • Quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys to make necessary changes to processes and design
