Henryetta Medical Center does not send out itemized statements due to cost; however we are happy to send an itemized statement upon request.

- Why haven't you filed my claim with my insurance carrier(s)?
We may have not received a copy of your insurance card(s) at the time you were admitted. Please contact the Business Office at 918-652-4463 and we will be happy to take your insurance information over the phone.
- Does Henryetta Medical Center give discounts for prompt payment?
We will give a 25% discount if paid at time of service, a 20% discount if paid within the first two weeks, a 15% discount if paid on the 15th thru the 30th.
